(August 27, 2026) -Parliamentary Secretary Jaime Battiste and Warden Nicholas MacInnis announced a federal investment of $566,644 through the Build Communities Strong Fund.
In partnership with the Antigonish Affordable Housing Society (AAHS), the project will support the construction of a new road and sidewalk and the extension of municipal services – water, sewer and stormwater, enabling the development of up to 150 new affordable housing units.
