Heartland Tour:
Registration for the 19th Heartland Tour Nova Scotia is open!! The community to have the most registrations will be given the “Most Active Community Award”! Let’s do this Antigonish!!

This event is free and brings a great message: Keep Moving and Stay Well
The event will be held at the Antigonish Skatepark. There are many cycling routes to join in on in addition to:
– A Family Friendly Bike Ride led by @petes_cyclery and Outdoor Shop with support from Make Your Move Antigonish
– A Walk led by Make Your Move Antigonish
– Zumba with Pearl!
– Skateboard in the park with Antigonish Skatepark
Bike Rodeo:
Make Your Move Antigonish, SchoolsPlus Antigonish, and Town of Antigonish Recreation are hosting a BIKE RODEO in July!! The rodeo will be led by Pete’s Cyclery and Outdoor Shop.
– A bike rodeo is a super fun event where youth can learn about bike safety skills and safe riding practices.
– There will be a free BBQ with SchoolsPlus Antigonish
– There will be some giveaways for participants!
– The rodeo is for ages 4 + (Youth who are comfortable on a bike. Strider bikes are welcome too)
– Registration opens at noon on June 24th on mysporthub.ca (Drop in / on-site registration is an option)
