Please note that a Special Council Meeting will be held on Monday, November 23, 2020 at 7:30 pm for the purpose of holding a Statutory Public Hearing for amendments to the Local Improvements By-law. The object of the proposed amendments is to amend Schedule A to identify the area of the North Grant and Cameron Kinney Hill waterline extensions, and to identify the area of paving on Somers Road and Willowdale Lane. Amendments to the by-law format, to move terms of repayment to policy, are also proposed.
Council will also hear a recommendation for an Order to Remedy for a Dangerous and Unsightly complaint.
Following the revised Minister’s Order regarding Committee and Council meetings, this meeting will be held as a blend of in-person and virtual attendance, with limited in-person capacity available at the Municipal Office. Minutes of the proceedings will be posted within 24 hours of the meeting taking place.
