Council received an update on their Strategic Priorities through a presentation at their June 24, 2025 council meeting.
In February 2025, County Councillors met to identify the Strategic Priorities that will guide their term. These priorities serve as long-term goals and are grouped into three categories: Now, Next, and Advocacy—each representing different areas of focus and timelines.
Alongside these priorities, each department outlines its Operational Initiatives—specific projects and actions that support the broader goals and are already underway. These initiatives include target dates for key milestones.
The purpose of this quarterly update is to track progress since the last report and outline upcoming actions with timelines. This ensures continued momentum and accountability as we move forward on Council’s shared priorities.
