PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 the Council of the Municipality of the County of Antigonish approved the following:
- Application by Stephan Hilber and Andrea Rueedi to rezone a portion of PID 01231182 on Walsh Post Road, in Fairmont, from Rural General to Tourist Commercial (see map below).
PLEASE NOTE that an aggrieved person, an adjacent Municipality, or the Provincial Director of Planning may appeal this decision to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (Toll Free 1-855-442-4448 | Email: board@novascotia.ca). within 14 days of the date of this notice posted on December 11th, 2025 to the Municipality of the County of Antigonish website at: https://antigonishcounty.ca/
