The Housing Accelerator Fund (HAF) aims to bring about changes at the municipal level to make it easier to build more homes, both now and in the future.
It encourages communities to make commitments, show improvements, and receive funding as a result.
One of the initiatives is to create a Non-Profit Affordable Housing Grant Program to help non-profit organizations develop affordable housing.
