In June 2023, the Town Antigonish and the Municipality of the County of Antigonish developed a Tourism Strategy for the area – Antigonish-Tourism-Strategy.
The Antigonish Tourism Association is seeking a passionate and driven Tourism Director to lead the implementation of a bold new plan to enhance the visitor experience, support local businesses, and celebrate Antigonish’s natural and cultural heritage.
As the organization’s first Tourism Director, you will oversee the execution of a strategic marketing plan, manage the budget, build strong community partnerships, and promote Antigonish as a premier travel destination. You’ll work closely with local businesses and groups to highlight events, attractions, and experiences that make the region unique.
